🎉 Welcome Back!
Welcome back BMP Network! We hope this ‘month of Love’ brought you some form of happiness in these uncertain times!
PSA: We are getting closer and closer to the launch of our exclusive group chats, so make sure you are signed up to be a member of the network. Stay tuned for an opportunity to get involved with the BMP team!
👀 Things to Look Out For!
In the style of Valentines, BMP dropped some new content centred around the theme of love (and therefore, the heart)
The first post of our ‘Valentines week’ began with a refresher of the heart anatomy. Valentines is synonymous with the heart, so we decided to break down this special organ's key components in a short, bite-sized post.
We then launched our new series, ‘Case Questions’, which was centred around a heart problem, have a go at the scenario and see what you get! We’ve also launched a new Respiratory Case, so have a lookout for this too!
We then concluded our Valentine’s week with a reel from our founder, Sharon, showing us that she can do both! We also did a short animated video breaking down the concept of ‘Love’ and whether the brain or heart controls this process. Have a watch and check it out!

Our favourite part of the newsletter! Here, we will be giving our monthly recommendations of content that would be of value to you!
Ibinabo
I recently came across the 'MedConversations' podcast, and it's my fave! They provide high-yield information on classic medical conditions and also include MCQs at the end. Definitely, one to check out!
Adewale
I picked up the ‘Study Cheat Codes’ eBook written by the brilliant Toni Fola-Alade (who actually has his own newsletter too). It’s a practical and empathetic read that is perfect for the modern-day Medic - the one who knows that studying this wonderful degree isn’t their only passion. He breaks down the critical components to achieving an optimal work-life balance and provides actionable methods that you can use to do so! It is a must-read, go cop yours now!
